One More Tokyo is a family of guides to small places in Tokyo, run by Peter Bryan in Tokyo ("we"). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it, for this site and every guide in the family:

We follow Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
You can browse every guide without an account. Your browser keeps a few settings on your own device, such as language, door, filters, sort and app icon. These stay on your device and we don't receive them. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the sites. This site and the Sento and Sauna guide load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google also receives basic request data when you open them.
If you choose Near me or Nearest first, or tap the location button, your browser asks whether to share your location. It's used only inside the page on your device, to sort places by distance and show where you are on the map. It isn't sent to us or stored. Our maps come from our own servers (OpenStreetMap data), so no map company sees where you look.
If you sign in, Google tells us your name, your email address and a Google account ID. We use them to create your member account. We don't receive your Google password, contacts or anything else from your Google account.
Today each guide has its own account, so you sign in to each guide separately. We plan to join them into one One More account. Before we do, we'll update this page and tell members on the guides.
Ratings count towards each place's members' score and ranking, shown without your name. When only a few people have rated a place, an individual score may be easier to guess from the total. What members tick about a place is counted together, and once enough members agree it shows as that place's detail; your own ticks are never shown with your name. The hosts' own ratings are shown as the hosts' scores.
Comments on Sento and Sauna are public: anyone can read them on the place's page, with your nickname (or your first name if you haven't chosen one), your score and the date. Each comment is translated once into the other language (English or Japanese) by Cloudflare's own AI, and the translation is kept with the comment. You can delete a comment at any time. We may hide comments that are abusive, off-topic or share someone's personal information, and we can block an account that abuses a guide. Your email address is never shown.
We don't sell your personal information, show you ads, or share it for others' marketing.
Google (sign-in and fonts) and Cloudflare (hosting, database, photo storage, the automatic photo check and comment translation) process data for us under their own terms. Cloudflare may store data on servers outside Japan, including in the United States. We have chosen providers with established security and privacy programmes, and we only share what each one needs to do its job.
We keep your account and what you've added while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your name, email address, ratings, visits, notes and lists within 30 days, and scores are recalculated without your ratings. Sign-ins last up to 90 days on Sento and Sauna and 30 days on Coffee, unless you sign out.
When you're signed in, each guide uses one cookie to keep your session, plus a short-lived cookie for a few minutes while you sign in. Settings live in your browser's local storage; Coffee also keeps two preference cookies: your app icon choice and, until the new look is the only look, your look choice. To limit sign-in attempts and repeated photo reports, Coffee keeps a one-way hash of your network address for up to a day. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
If we change this page in a way that matters, we'll say so on the guides before the change applies.

個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）に従って取り扱います。
アカウントなしで、すべてのガイドを見られます。言語・入口・絞り込み・並び順・アプリアイコンなどの設定は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存され、私たちには届きません。サイトの配信と保護のため、ホスティング先のCloudflareがIPアドレスやブラウザの種類などの基本的な通信情報を処理します。本サイトと銭湯・サウナのガイドはフォントをGoogle Fontsから読み込むため、開いたときにGoogleにも基本的な通信情報が届きます。
「近くを探す」「近い順」を選ぶか現在地ボタンを押すと、ブラウザが位置情報の利用を確認します。位置情報はお使いの端末のページ内だけで、距離順の並べ替えと地図上の現在地表示に使います。私たちには送られず、保存もしません。地図は私たちのサーバーから配信しており（OpenStreetMapのデータ）、地図会社に閲覧場所が伝わることはありません。
ログインすると、Googleからお名前、メールアドレス、GoogleアカウントIDを受け取り、会員アカウントを作成します。Googleのパスワードや連絡先など、それ以外の情報は受け取りません。
現在はガイドごとにアカウントが分かれており、それぞれでログインします。今後、ひとつのOne Moreアカウントにまとめる予定です。その前に、このページを更新し、各ガイドで会員にお知らせします。
評価は各店の会員スコアとランキングに使われ、お名前は表示しません。評価した人数が少ない場合、集計から個人の評価を推測しやすいことがあります。店についてのチェックは会員全体で集計し、一定数がそろうとその店の情報として表示します。あなたのチェックがお名前とともに表示されることはありません。ホスト自身の評価は、ホストの評価として表示します。
銭湯・サウナのひとことは公開され、店のページでだれでも読めます。ニックネーム（未設定の場合はお名前のファーストネーム）、スコア、日付とともに表示されます。ひとことは、Cloudflare独自のAIで一度だけもう一方の言語（英語または日本語）に翻訳し、翻訳はひとことと一緒に保存します。ひとことはいつでも削除できます。誹謗中傷、無関係な内容、個人情報を含むものは非表示にすることがあり、ガイドを悪用するアカウントはブロックすることがあります。メールアドレスは表示しません。
個人情報の販売、広告表示、第三者のマーケティングへの提供はしません。
ログインとフォントはGoogle、ホスティング・データベース・写真の保存と自動確認・ひとことの翻訳はCloudflareが、それぞれの規約のもとで処理します。Cloudflareは、米国を含む日本国外のサーバーにデータを保存することがあります。安全管理とプライバシー保護の体制が整った事業者を選び、必要な情報だけを提供しています。
アカウントがある間は、アカウントと登録した情報を保存します。アカウントを削除すると、30日以内にお名前・メールアドレス・評価・訪問記録・メモ・リストを削除し、スコアはその評価を除いて計算し直します。ログインの有効期間は、ログアウトしない限り、銭湯・サウナは最長90日、珈琲は30日です。
ログイン中は、各ガイドがログイン状態を保つためのCookieを1つ使います。ログインの手続き中だけ、数分間有効なCookieも使います。設定はブラウザのローカルストレージに保存します。珈琲では、アプリアイコンの選択と、新しいデザインに一本化するまでのデザインの選択を、2つの設定用Cookieに保存します。ログイン回数や繰り返しの写真報告を制限するため、珈琲ではネットワークアドレスの一方向ハッシュを最大1日保存します。広告やトラッキングのためのCookieは使いません。
